Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Woodlands Endodontics website (the "Site"). These Website Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site.

These Terms apply only to the Site and do not replace or modify any agreements you may have with Woodlands Endodontics as a patient.

1. About the Site / Informational Use Only

The Site is provided for general informational purposes and to assist visitors in learning about Woodlands Endodontics, its services, and how to contact the practice.

The Site does not provide medical or dental advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Information on the Site may not reflect the most current medical, dental, or regulatory developments. You should consult a qualified dental professional regarding any health-related questions.

2. No Dentist-Patient Relationship

Using the Site, submitting information through forms, sending emails, or contacting the practice through the Site does not create a dentist-patient relationship. A dentist-patient relationship is only formed through an in-person consultation and a formal agreement to provide care.

3. Not for Emergencies

The Site is not intended for medical or dental emergencies. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

For urgent dental concerns, contact our office by phone.

4. Appointments and Communications

If the Site allows you to request an appointment or submit contact information, such request is not a confirmed appointment until you receive confirmation from the practice.

You agree that:

• You will provide accurate contact information when submitting forms
• We may contact you by phone, email, or text regarding your inquiry or appointment request
• Electronic communications may not always be secure

Do not submit sensitive medical or financial information through standard website forms unless the practice provides a secure portal specifically intended for that purpose.
