Dr. Ahmed Shehab-Eldin is a board-certified endodontist and Diplomate of the American Board of Endodontics who joined Woodlands Endodontics in 2026. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry and completed his specialty residency in endodontics at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry, where he also earned a Master of Science in Dentistry. Before specializing, he practiced general dentistry in Houston for nearly a decade, giving him a broad clinical perspective that informs how he approaches diagnosis and treatment planning today.

Dr. Shehab-Eldin also serves as an Assistant Professor at UTHealth Houston School of Dentistry, where he teaches the next generation of endodontists. Originally from Egypt, where he first trained and practiced dentistry, he co-founded a charitable organization in his hometown before relocating to the U.S. He is a member of the American Association of Endodontists and the American, Texas, and Greater Houston Dental Associations. Outside the office, he enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with his wife.
